Secured connection

IRC allows you to secure a connection by assigning specific connection owners and connection users so that the data extracted through this connection is not available to unauthorized users. Select the Secured Connection option to create a new connection, or click an existing connection and secure it. You will have the option to add connection owners and connection users.

• Connection owners can grant other users owner or user access to this connection. Connection owners also have the authority to delete or modify the connections owned.
• Connection users can use the assigned connection for tasks such as performing an analysis or scheduling an extraction. These users do not have the authority to delete or modify connections, or to add other connection users.
• Administrators can access all the connections.
