Log files

Log files can be found on the application server in the following locations:

• [Install Path]\Core\logs
• [Install Path]\BizRightsPresentation\Logs\LogEx
• [Install Path]\Settings
• [Install Path]\Adapters\TMonitor\logs

When troubleshooting an issue, review the logs for the time frame specific to the failed extraction.
