Troubleshooting extraction failures

Thee ways you can be notified of an extraction failure:

  • Email Notifications: An email notification process can be set up to notify the user, if an extraction fails. Choose Extraction as the event by selecting Enable Notification on the New Extraction Schedule page. The Add Notification window opens with the required information; for events and users to be notified
  • Tasks: The Tasks page displays a failed status (but not always) accompanied by error messages in the Remarks column, if the extraction fails. To access this page, go to Manage > Tasks.
  • Sub Tasks page: This page displays the objects that have failed along with a more detailed error message than can be viewed in the Tasks page. To access this page, click the task name for the extraction, in the Tasks page.
