Administrator Reports

The Administrator Reports tab is displayed only if the signed-in user is assigned the Super User role in Certification Manager.

The following 2 reports are available on the Administrator Reports tab.

Data Source Import Summary

The Data Source Import Summary report displays the summary of the data imported into Certification Manager from the selected data sources. Use the following filter to scope the results of this report:

Data Sources

Select the required data sources. The summary of the data imported from the selected data sources is displayed in the report.

  • By default, all the data sources are selected.
  • To select specific data sources, clear the check box All. Type-in part of the name in the autosuggest text box and select the required data source. Alternatively, click the Browse icon to browse for and select the required data sources. To remove a selected data source, click the Remove icon.

Data Source Import Failure

The Data Source Import Failure report displays the reasons for failure to import data from the selected data sources. Use the following filter to scope the results of this report:

Select the required data sources. The reasons for the failure to import data from the selected data sources is displayed in this report.

  • By default, all the data sources are selected.
  • To select specific data sources, clear the check box All. Type-in part of the name in the autosuggest text box and select the required data source from the drop-down list. Alternatively, click the Browse icon to browse and select the required data sources. To remove a selected data source, click the Remove icon.

Click the Run on Demand icon to generate the reports.
