Reviews

This panel enables you to define whether reviewers can perform the following actions from the Active Reviews page.

• Approve or deny review processes: Select the check box Approve/Deny at Summary Level if you wish to allow reviewers to approve or deny reviews from the Active Reviews page. If this option is selected, reviewers have the following options:
  • They may approve or deny reviews from the Active Reviews page.
  • They may approve or deny individual secondary objects of the reviews  from the Review Details page.
• Select the check box Commit at Summary Level if you wish to allow reviewers to commit review processes from the Active Reviews page. In this case reviewers have the following options:
  • They may commit reviews from the Active Reviews page.
  • They may commit individual secondary objects of the reviews from the Review Details page.
    Note: If these check boxes are cleared here, the Approve, Deny and Commit tabs are not be displayed on the Active Reviews page. The reviewers must click on each review and take action on individual secondary objects participating in that review from the Review Details page.
  • Select the check box Enable Authorization Insight violations report launching to view the Violation Details button on the Review Details page. When you click on the Violation Details button, the generated violation report displays the user or the role violations. This check box is cleared , by default.
    Note: This feature is applicable only for reviews of SAP Authorizations Insight.
  • Select the report export format from the drop-down list.

Click Save to save your settings.
