Table 1. Primary Objects Missing Secondary Object Report.

The Primary Objects Missing Secondary Objects report displays all the primary objects that do not have secondary object assignments. For example for a User/Role Review process, this report lists all the users that are not  roles assigned to them. Use the following filters to scope the results of this report:

Data Sources Select the required data sources. All primary objects from the selected data sources that do not have secondary object assignments are displayed in this report.
Object Types

The objects available for selection in this field vary depending on the data sources selected. Select the required object type from the drop-down list. Alternatively, click the Browse icon to browse for and select the required object type.

For example, if the object type selected in 'SAP Account', all the SAP accounts that do not have roles assigned to them are displayed in the report.

Table 2. Excluded Objects Detail Report.

The Excluded Objects Detail report displays the objects that are excluded from review processes. Use the following filters to scope the results of this report:

Data Source

Select the required data sources. All the excluded objects associated with selected data sources are displayed in the report.

  • By default, all the data sources created in Certification Manager are selected.
  • To select specific data sources, clear the check box All. Type-in part of the name in the autosuggest text box and select the required data source. Alternatively, click the Browse icon to browse for and select the required data sources. To remove a  selected data source, click the Remove icon.
Administrator

This field enables you to view the objects excluded by a specific Super User. Click the Browse icon to browse and select the desired Super User and click OK. All the Super Users in Certification Manager are available for selection.

Details of the objects that are excluded from the selected data source by the selected Super User are displayed in the report.

Click  the Run on Demand icon to generate the reports.
