Working with Reviewer Groups

The Reviewer Groups page enables you to perform the following actions:

Create a new reviewer group: To create a new reviewer group:
1. Provide a unique name to identify the reviewer group.
2. Provide a description for this reviewer group.
3. In the Reviewer Group File Name field, provide the name of the CSV file that contains the data for the reviewer group. This file must contain details of the relationship between objects and their owners.
4. Click Save. The newly created reviewer group is displayed on the Reviewer Groups page and is available for selection on the Create New Application Schema page.
  This newly created reviewer group can now be assigned as stage reviewer for custom processes. For this you must:
  1. Create a custom application schema: Create a custom application schema and add a new review type to this application schema. Associate the newly created reviewer group to this review type.
  2. Create a data source for the newly created application schema: A data source must be created to import data into Certification Manager.
  3. Create a custom process: Create a custom process for the review type that is assigned the newly created reviewer group. This reviewer group is then the default first stage reviewer for this process.
  4. Execute the review process: Execute this process from the Processes page or Schedules page to generate reviews. These reviews will be routed to their respective owners that are specified in the reviewer group CSV file.
Modify a Reviewer Group: You can modify the custom reviewer groups as follows:
1. On the Reviewer Groups page, click the required reviewer group.
2. If required, you may modify the description; but the name and the reviewer group file name cannot be modified.
3. Click Save.
  Note: Click the Enable Notifications icon to notify users via email about the events relevant to this task.
