FIPS Compliance
The Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS) Publication 140-2, is a U.S. government computer security standard used to accredit cryptographic modules.
Note:  
	 
      - FIPS is an optional feature and is applicable only for those customers who have FIPS enabled in their environment.
 - To enable FIPS from the Environment Manager Utility, you must disable windows level FIPS.
 - The Certification Manager panel and the relevant information displays only if Certification Manager is installed on the server.
 - To add or update any product licenses, you must convert FIPS enabled system to Legacy.
 - For installing additional Insights, you must convert FIPS enabled system to Legacy.
 - Before enabling FIPS, upgraded customers must provide valid e-mail ids for the IRC and the CM users.
