Configure additional user attributes
The xml file AdditionalUserAttributes.xml can be used to configure additional attributes such as second Academic Title, Telephone Number, Nick Name, City Name, Time Zone, and Account Id. An additional user attribute provides additional information about a user, apart from the information provided while creating a request.
Additional user attributes can be configured for every connection selected. Once configured, the user attributes will be available across all request types, except for Authorizations Change and Emergency Access types of requests. You can configure the settings these settings:
- Configure additional user attributes for each connection
- Make additional user attributes mandatory or optional for each connection
- Enable auto suggest control and browse window for each attribute
- Set a permissible values list for an attribute
- Set a permissible values list for each connection
- Set a permissible values list for an attribute and a connection
- Provide free text in the SNC name field
Note: Only attributes shipped with Access Manager will be reflected in the
ERP application after automatic request completion.
