How to Disable Proxy Settings

Proxy settings must be disabled for scheduling or exporting reports.

• Internet Explorer
  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. From the Tools menu click Internet Options.
  3. Click Connections -> LAN Settings to open the Configuration dialog.
  4. Deselect the Proxy option.
  5. Click OK to save the changes.
• Google Chrome
  1. Click the Chrome Wrench menu(Alt + F).
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Under Network option - Click Change Proxy Settings - Click +Show Advanced Settings.
  4. Click Connections tab.
  5. Click LAN Settings to open the Configuration dialog.
  6. Deselect the Proxy option.
  7. Click OK to save the changes.
• Safari
  1. Go to Menu
  2. Click on Edit ->Preferences from the drop down menu.
  3. Select the Advanced tab and then click the Change Settings button.
  4. Click Connections tab.
  5. Click LAN Settings to open the Configuration dialog.
  6. Deselect the Proxy option.
  7. Click OK to save the changes.
