Hardware Requirements and Deployment Scenarios

IRC application requires 3 software components that can be deployed in multiple ways.

• Application
• Database
• Reporting

The hardware requirements depend on your choice of deployment. Hardware can be either physical machines or virtual machines. Dedicated servers are preferable, regardless of whether deployments are on virtual or physical machines.
