Upgrade Prerequisites
Before upgrade, ensure that the following prerequisites are satisfied:
- The Shared Management Object and Microsoft System CLR Types for SQL 2008 R2 SP3 is uninstalled.
- The SQL Shared Management Object and Microsoft System CLR Types to SQL 2014 SP2 ( https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=53164) is installed.
- Back up files and folders
- Report server prerequisites
- Application server prerequisites
- Infor OS pre-requisite
- Insight-specific prerequisites
Caution:
Ensure that before you upgrade your server, User
Account Control (UAC) is turned off.
