Note: When using Reporting Server SQL 2016 with IE 11, you must either add the following tag or edit an existing tag with the following tag:
  • <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=10" />

The tag must be added as the first tag in the '<head>' tag of the report server on the ReportViewer.aspx page located at [SQL Server Instance path]\Reporting Services\ReportServer\Pages.

Note: For Clustered support, you must use the SQL 2016 SP1 Enterprise Edition 64 bit.
