Prerequisites to upgrade

The following tasks must be performed prior to upgrading Certification Manager :

• Back-up files and folders
• Application server prerequisites
• Infor OS as Certification Manager can be accessed only through Infor OS.
• Install the User access Core Module. This is a prerequisite for Certification Manager. If a previous version is already installed, upgrade it to 10.2.8 before upgrading Certification Manager.
