Completion of request

Configure these settings to determine whether the ERP system should be manually or automatically updated after a request is approved. These settings can also be configured while creating a connection.

• Manually complete request: The  application administrator or an authorized person must manually update the ERP system with approved objects. However, if automatic completion is selected at the connection level, the request will be manually completed.
• Automatically complete request: Infor Risk & Compliance automatically updates the ERP system with approved objects. However, if manual completion is selected at the connection level, a message is displayed at the time of request creation.

Manual completion of request option is not applicable for Emergency Access requests.
