Archiving SAP Emergency Access Activity Report

The Archive SAP Emergency Access Activity report displays details of archived SAP Emergency Access Requests.

This report is similar to the SAP Emergency Access Activity report (Manage > Report Subscriptions > Reports > SAP Emergency Access Activity report ), but the only difference is that the Archive SAP Emergency Access Activity report displays details of archived SAP Emergency Access Requests; whereas, the SAP Emergency Access Activity report displays details of SAP Emergency Access Requests from the Infor Risk & Compliance database.

 

View an Archive SAP Emergency Access Activity report as follows:

  1. Click Reports > Archive SAP Emergency Access Activity Report. The page for that report is displayed..
  2. From the Archive connection drop-down list, select the database from where the SAP Emergency Access Requests are to be viewed in the report. To select the archive connection, type in part of the archive connection name in the autosuggest text box and select the required name from the drop-down list.
  3. In the User field, select the user who has created the Emergency Access Request. By default, all the users who have created Emergency Access Requests are selected. To select specific users, clear the check box All and select the required users from the drop-down list. All Emergency Access Requests created by the selected users and are archived into the selected archive database are displayed in the report.
  4. In the Role field, select the required emergency access roles that were requested in the SAP Emergency Access Requests. By default, all the requested roles are selected. To select specific roles, clear the check box All and select the required roles from the drop-down list. Details of all Emergency Access Requests that requested the selected roles are displayed in the report.
  5. The Operations drop-down list enables you to define the details that must be displayed in the report.
    1. Select All to view details of emergency access role assignment as well as details of emergency role revocation.
    2. Select Emergency Access-Assign Role to view details of emergency access role assignment only.
    3. Select Emergency Access-Revoke Role to view details of emergency access role revocation only.
  6. Click the Calendar icon in the Start Date and End Date fields to select a required dates. Details of all emergency access roles assigned during this period is displayed in the report.
  7. In the Connection field, select the required SAP connection. By default, all SAP connections are selected. To select specific connections, clear the check box All and select the required connections from the drop-down list and click the Add icon. Details of emergency access roles from the selected connections are displayed in the report.
  8. By default, all the activities performed through the emergency access roles are displayed in the report. If you to not wish to view the detailed activities in the report, clear the check box Show Activity Details.
    Note: This is applicable only if User Activity Insight is installed on the Infor Risk & Compliance server.
  9. The Scope Report Data filter enables you to set up a schedule to generate the report for a specific period. For example, you might want to generate a report that displays the details of archived emergency access activities for the past 10 days. Specify this in the Scope Report Data field. When you next generate the report, details of archived emergency access activity for the past 10 days from the date of the report generation will be displayed.
  10. From the Export Format drop-down list, select the preferred output file format for the report.
  11. Click the Run of Demand icon.
