Archiving What-ifs/Requests

Details of archived What-ifs and Requests can be viewed through this report. This report is published on the Infor Risk & Compliance report server.
Important: This report does not display archived SAP Emergency Access Activity Requests.

To view an Archive What-ifs/Requests report:

  1. Click Reports > Archive What-If/Requests. The Archive What-If/Requests page is displayed.
  2. From the Archive connection drop-down list, select the database from where the What-ifs/Requests are to be viewed in the report.

    To select the archive connection, type in part of the archive connection name in the autosuggest text box and select the required name from the drop-down list.

  3. In the Select Object panel, specify any one of the following details:
    • From the Object Type drop-down list, select the object type for which the report is to be generated.
    • From the Schedule Name drop-down list, select the required archive schedule name. All the What-ifs/Requests archived during that schedule are displayed in the report.
  4. In the Scope panel, select the required What-if/Request sub type. If a specific object sub type from the drop-down list is not selected, all the object sub types from the drop-down list will be considered.
    • From the Requested By drop-down list, select the user who requested for the What-ifs or requests. All the archived What-ifs or requests that are requested by the selected user are displayed in the report.
    • The Date Filter panel enables you to scope the archived What-ifs/Requests to be viewed in the report based on the date.
    • In the From and To fields, specify the period during which the archive tasks were scheduled. The What-ifs/Requests archived from these archive tasks will be displayed in the archive report.
    • The Older than field enables you to view What-ifs/Requests archived for a specific number of days. For example, if you wish to view archived What-ifs/Requests that are older that 10 days, specify the same in this field.
    • In Older than field, specify the required number of days to view What-ifs/Requests that are older than the specified number of days. For example, if you specify 10 in this field, all the archived What-ifs/Requests that are older than 10 days from the date of creation are displayed in the report.
  5. Select the check box next to Show All Deleted Objects to view the objects that are deleted from the Infor Risk & Compliance database and archived to the new database. Deleted objects will be displayed in the All Deleted Objects column on the report.
  6. From the Export Format drop-down list, specify the required output file format .
  7. Click the Run of Demand icon to view the report.

    The report displays archived objects and their details. You can click on the object name link to view the What-If Violation Details report or Infor Risk & Compliance Request Details report depending on the object type selected.
