Scope Data

Click the Scope Data. The options available on this page are also specific to the graph or panel type selected.
  • Connection Based Filters : Use this filter to scope the results of the selected panel to a single or multiple connections. This option is displayed on the Scope Data tab only if the data displayed in the selected graph or panel can be made specific to a connection.
  • Analysis Based Filters : This option is displayed on the Scope Data tab only if the data displayed in the selected graph or panel is analysis or remediation based.

    Use this filter to constrain the panel display to specific analysis, rule books, rules, parameter lists and keywords.

    • Analysis: By default the check box All is selected. To select specific analysis clear this check box. Select the required analysis from the drop-down list. Alternatively, you can browse for analyses.
    • Rule Books: By default the check box All is selected. To select specific rule books clear this check box. Select the required rule books from the drop-down list. Alternatively, you can browse for rule books.
    • Rules: By default the check box All is selected. Clear this check box to select specific rules. The drop-down list displays only those rules contained in the selected rule books. Select the required rules.
    • Parameter Lists: Select the required parameter lists from the drop-down list. Alternatively you can browse for parameter lists.
    • Keywords: By default the check box All is selected. Clear this check box to select specific keywords. Select the required keywords from the drop-down list. Alternatively, you can browse for keywords.
      Note: Selecting a large number of scope filters may render a pie chart difficult to read as it will be divided into that many sections.
  • Insight Based Filter : Use this filter to scope the results of the selected panel to particular Insight.
  • Date Based Filters : This option is displayed on the Scope Data tab only if the data displayed in the selected graph or panel is based on a date or date range. Use this filter to view details of the selected panel for a particular time range.
  • Data Parameters : This option is displayed on the Scope Data tab only if the data displayed in the selected graph or panel is violation-based.

    In the Object Type field select the object as filter. The objects displayed in the object type drop-down list vary according to the connections selected. Select the required object.

    Note: For Process Insights, by default, data is displayed only for the last extracted year. To scope data for a particular year, you will have to choose a specific connection and a specific year.
