Revoking existing roles/responsibilities

To revoke existing roles/responsibilities:

  1. Select the check box next to the role/responsibility you want to revoke.
  2. In the Valid from field, click the date link to change the validity period of the role/responsibility. Click the Calendar icon to select a date from the calendar.
  3. In the Valid through field, select the date on which this role/responsibility should expire or leave as Never Expires. To modify the expiry date, click Never Expires and select a date from the calendar.
  4. To apply the same expiry date to all the roles/responsibilities in the grid , select the check box Apply to all.
    Note: If you apply filters to further scope down the roles/responsibilities in the grid and select the check box Apply to all, the selected expiry date will be applied to all the existing roles/responsibilities that were displayed in the grid before the filters were applied.
  5. Click Revoke. Validity dates for new roles/responsibilities can either be applied collectively to all new roles/responsibilities or to individual roles/responsibilities.
