Importing roles
To select multiple roles, you have the option of importing these roles
through a CSV file. Only these roles can be imported and selected to be
assigned
- Single Profile
- Composite_Profile
- Sinple_Role
- Composite_Role
- BizRights_Role
The format of the CSV file and the Role IDs of the above listed roles
are:

To import roles:
- Click the Import icon.
- In the Import Roles pop-up window that is displayed, click Browse and select the CSV file containing these roles and their Role IDs.
- Click the Import icon. All the roles specified in the selected CSV file are displayed in a pop-up window. If any of the roles listed in the CSV file is not available in SAP or is invalid, they are marked with an icon. Such roles are not imported from the file.
- Select the check box Import All Roles to import all the valid roles or select the check box next to the roles to be imported.
- Click Import. All the valid roles from this CSV file are imported and are selected to be assigned.
