For Authorizations Insight for Lawson and all other Process Insights, except Process Insight for SAP, the record count is also displayed. Press F5 key to close the pop-up window.

To view the status of all tasks, click the Refresh icon on the Tasks page.

The Tasks page can help you keep track of these tasks.

Note: In a hosted environment, the data extracted by offline extraction projects is uploaded by Portable Data Scheduler as .zip files to the Infor Risk & Compliance server. The status of the  offline data extraction task to Infor Risk & Compliance server is displayed on the Tasks page.

This date and time displayed in this pop-up window is according to the time zone defined on the Preferences page.

  • Stopping a task

The Tasks page enables you to stop unwanted tasks. Only tasks that are queued or in progress may be stopped.

Collect logs task cannot be stopped. Select the check box next to the task to be stopped and click the Stop Task icon.
    • Queued tasks

The task status of queued tasks changes to Stopped.

    • In Progress tasks

The task status of  tasks in progress will change to Stopping if a sub task is being executed. The status will thereafter change to Stopped and the remaining sub tasks will not be executed.

Note: Long running tasks such as extractions and analyses can now be stopped within 30 seconds of clicking the Stop button.
  • Deleting a task

The delete icon is displayed on the user interface only if the role assigned to the signed-in user has the 'Remove Task' permission. For details on role permissions, click here.

You can delete completed, stopped and failed tasks as follows:
    1. Select the check box next to the tasks to be deleted.
    2. Click the Delete icon.

In-progress tasks and queued tasks cannot be deleted. You need to stop these tasks before they can be deleted. The Audit Logs page displays the details of this activity.

  • Downloading Data

Click the Download details icon to download the information on this page to a CSV format. Information in the CSV file is displayed in the default format even if it has been sorted on this page. The date and time information downloaded is the application server time, even if the information is downloaded at a different time zone.

  • Re-extracting Task

Click the Re-extract Task icon to resume or rerun extractions if extractions have failed or have stopped in between.

Note:  The Re-extract task can be performed only by the Administrator or by the owner of the scheduled task.

For example, if some objects fail to get extracted, the data of the failed object will not get reflected in Infor Risk & Compliance. In such cases, you can resolve the extraction failure issues and use the Re-extract button to carry out the extraction of failed objects again.

For Process Insights, you can configure the extractionsettings.xml if you want to automatically stop the upload task if extraction for some object fails. By default, the upload task starts for incomplete extraction. For details, see the Platform - Configuration Guide.

Note: The re-extraction task does not display the previously extracted record count column for Authorizations Insight for Lawson and all other Process Insights, except SAP. However, the other details like the object name, the friendly name and the extraction status is displayed.
