Actions from the Calender View page

This page enables you to perform the following actions:
  • Search for a scheduled task
  • Scheduling a new analysis:

    Perform an analysis on the extracted data to identify violations.

    1. Click the New icon and then click Analysis to schedule a new analysis task. Alternatively, follow these steps:
      1. Double-click the calendar. A pop-up window is displayed.
      2. From the Task Type drop-down list, select Analysis.
      3. Fill in the details as explained in the topic Create or Edit an Analysis Schedule and click Save and Close. The analysis task is displayed on the Schedules page and on the Schedules (Calendar View) page.
  • Scheduling a new extraction

    Create an extraction schedule to extract data from the desired connection.

    1. Click the New icon and then click Extraction to schedule a new extraction. Alternatively, follow these steps:
      1. Double-click the calendar. A pop-up window is displayed.
      2. From the Task Type drop-down list, select Extraction .
      3. Fill in the details as explained in the topic Create or Edit an Extraction Schedule and click Save and Close. The extraction task is displayed on the Schedules page and on the Schedules (Calendar View) page.
  • Scheduling system downtime

    Create a system downtime schedule when you have to make the Infor Risk & Compliance system unavailable to the users.

    1. Click the New icon and then click System Downtime to schedule a system downtime task. Alternatively, follow these steps:
      1. Double-click the calendar. A pop-up window is displayed.
      2. From the Task Type drop-down list, select System Downtime
      3. Fill in the details as explained in the topic Schedule System Downtime and click Save and Close. The system downtime and system uptime tasks are displayed on the Schedules page and on the Schedules (Calendar View) page.
  • Scheduling an archive task

    To create a new archive schedule from the Schedules (Calendar View) page:

    1. Click the New icon and then click Archive. The New Archive Schedule page displayed.
    2. Provide the required information on this page to create a new archive schedule.
      Alternatively, follow these steps:
      1. Double-click the calendar. A pop-up window is displayed.
      2. From the Task Type drop-down list, select Archive .
      3. Fill in the details as explained in the topic create a new archive schedule and click Save and Close. The newly created task is displayed on the Schedules page and on the Schedules (Calendar View) page.
  • Editing a task A task can be edited if it is recurring, or if it is scheduled but is still not executed. You can edit an extraction task , an analysis task , a system downtime task and an archive task.
    1. Double click the desired task. A pop-up window is displayed containing the details of the task. Edit the desired details.
    2. Click Save.
