Replace, Add, or Remove

Once you select the rules in which the condition is to be modified, you can make the changes on the Replace tab. Here you can replace the specified condition with a new or modified condition or even remove a condition. The changes will be made to all selected rules. The Replace tab contains two panels:
  • The Search Criteria panel displays the rule condition that was searched for
  • The Replace panel displays the same condition but allows you to modify it as required

Replace a rule condition as follows:

  1. On the Replace panel, create the condition that will replace the condition you searched for.
  2. Click Editable to modify the condition as required.
  3. Give the task a name so that you can track it through the Tasks page.
  4. Click Replace. If you select the Remove option, Infor Risk & Compliance searches and replaces the specified condition from all rules, even if the condition is the only condition in that rule. Rules with no conditions can be selected for analysis but will not impact the analysis in any way.
