Build the rule condition

To build conditions for this rule:

  1. On the Select Objects tab, select 'Material Master' as the primary object.
  2. Click the Build Conditions tab to add values and operators to the  rule conditions. You can build your rule with one group or multiple groups.  A group is a set of conditions. Each group can have one or more conditions separated by an operator. Two or more groups are separated using the operator AND or OR. Based on the operator, Infor Risk & Compliance sequentially evaluates the conditions for each group during an analysis. For this rule, use the operator OR between conditions.
  3. From the Select Template list, select Default Template.
  4. Go to Value Set 1 and left-click Select Value. Use the autosuggest box or browse to select the Material Master~All Baseline Attributes object.
  5. Right click the Select Operator link. The window displays all the available operators.
  6. Click Any Mismatch.
  7. Go to Value Set 1 and left-click Select Value.
  8. Select the Material Master~Baseline~All Baseline Attributes object .
  9. Right click Condition 1 and select Add Condition to add conditions 2 and 3. This table lists all the objects and operators to be added to the rule condition:

    Click Save.

    When an analysis is performed using this rule, any mismatch in the newly extracted material master data are displayed as exceptions.
