Build the rule condition

To build conditions for this rule:

  1. On the Select Objects tab, select 'Employee' as the primary object.
  2. On the Build Conditions tab, add values and operators to build rule conditions. You can build your rule with one group or multiple groups. A group is a set of conditions. Each group can have one or more conditions separated by an operator. Two or more groups are separated using the operator AND or OR. Depending on the operator, during analysis, Infor Risk & Compliance sequentially evaluates the conditions for each group.
  3. From the Select Template list, select Default Template.
  4. Below Value Set 1 and left click Select Value. Use the autosuggest box or browse for the required objects. For this rule, select the Employee~Auto Deposit object.
  5. Right click Select operator and select Exactly matches.
  6. Below Value Set 2, left click Select Value.  Click the Literals and Dates & Logicals tab. Select NULL.
  7. Click Save.

    Payroll payment for employees are automatically deposited in the bank account configured for the employees. Employees with automatic payroll deposit minimize manual printing and distribution of pay checks and increase efficiency of the HR department.
