Build the rule condition

This rule enables you to identify users or responsibilities assigned the functions selected in this rule condition. These functions are related to the editable data fields (key flex fields) that are the codes used by many organizations to identify business entities.

When an analysis is performed using this rule, users or responsibilities assigned these functions are displayed as violations.

For this rule condition, select the following sensitive functions:

  • FND_FNDFFMCV
  • FND_FNDFFMDC
  • FND_FNDFFMHL_KEY
  • FND_FNDFFMIS
  • FND_FNDFFMSA
  • FND_FNDFFMSV_DESCR

Infor Risk & Compliance validates these functions before they are added to the rule condition. You must delete the invalid functions and add only the correct functions.

Note:  Objects added to the Quick Add tab may be separated by a comma, newline character or a tab. If you prefer any other data separator, it can be configured through the RuleBuilderConfig.xml file.  (Newline is a special character or sequence of characters signifying the end of a line of text). For details, refer to the Infor Risk & Compliance Platform - Configuration Settings document.
    • Select Objects :

The tab enables you  to browse for and add the required sensitive functions .

    • Copy Conditions :
