Limit Rules

Limit rules state that access to certain roles should be given to only a predefined number of users. There is only one limits rule format. As an example, the procedure to build rule conditions for limit rules is provided below.

The above condition limits the 'Accounts Payable Manager' role access to a maximum of two users.
