Use More Details panel to reference additional documentation and view the modification history of this compensating control.
  • The Assigned To Rules tab is displayed only when you edit an existing compensating control. The tab displays all rules to which this compensating control is assigned. From here you can associate rules to the compensating control, modify the validity of an existing association or remove a rule association.
    • Associating a compensating control with a rule
      1. On the Assigned To Rules tab click the Browse icon.

        The Browse Rules pop-up window displays all existing rules.

      2. Select the rules to which the compensating control should be assigned and click OK.

        The selected rules appear on the Assigned To Rules tab.

      3. Click the Assignment Expiry link to add or modify the date on which the assignment must expire. Specify a date in the text box or click the Calendar icon to select a date from the calendar and click OK or leave as Never Expires.

        The assignment expiry date selected here is according to the Infor Risk & Compliance application server time zone.

      4. Select the check box Apply to All to apply the same assignment expiry date to all the rules displayed on the Assigned To Rules tab.
        Note: If you apply filters to further scope down the rules to be displayed on the Assigned To Rules tab, and select the check box Apply to all, the selected assignment expiry date is applied to all the rules and the filtered rules to which this compensating control is applied.
      5. Click Save.
        Note: When the rule assignment period expires, the system automatically sends a  notification to the rule owner or rule creator.
    • Dissociating a compensating control with a rule
      1. Click the required compensating control on the Compensating Controls page to display the page for the selected compensating control.
      2. The Assigned To Rules tab displays a list of rules to which this compensating control is assigned. Select the check box next to the rule to be dissociated. Click the Remove icon.
      3. Click Save.
  • Use Supporting Documentation tab to reference additional documentation. Provide the supporting document name and the reference link, and click the Add icon.
  • The History tab displays a history of modifications made to this control. The created on and modified on dates displayed on this tab are according to the local time zone defined on the Preferences page.
