Scheduling notification delivery

Delivery options for notifications can be scheduled on a daily or weekly basis, or they can be sent out as soon as the event occurs.

To create a notification delivery schedule:

  1. Click Daily, Weekly or When Occurs displayed on the Notifications panel. A pop-up window is displayed.
  2. Select the date and the time to receive the email notifications.
  3. Set End Date: Specify one of these end dates for receiving the notification:
    • No end date: The notifications will continue to deliver.
    • Occurrences: Specify the number of occurrences. For example, if you specify 2, the notifications will be delivered twice only.
    • End date: Click the calendar icon to select a specific end date for the notification to be delivered.
  4. Click Save.
