Analysis for Authorizations Insight for Infor

Infor Risk & Compliance supports the following analyses types for data extracted from Infor.

Real time analysis
If real time extraction is enabled through the file ExtractionSettings.xml, you need not manually schedule an analysis for the Authorizations Insight for Infor. The Infor Risk & Compliance task manager internally schedules an analysis after every real time extraction.

New BODs from all the connections that are created for this Insight are considered in the analysis. All the rule books that contain rules created for this Insight are used to analyze this data.

These tasks are displayed on the Tasks page as real time analysis.
Scheduled analysis
If you wish to analyze all data extracted from an Authorizations Insight for Infor connection, you need to manually schedule an analysis from this page. For details refer to the section Schedule an Analysis.

When an analysis for Authorizations Insight for Infor is performed with a rule in which Accounting Entity is added as a rule condition, the Accounting Entity evaluation is as below:

In case of an analysis with Role-type rules, the Accounting Entity will be referred from the USER ROLE ASSIGNMENT BOD.
In case of an analysis with Permission-type rules and if the hierarchy is User - Role- Permission, the Accounting Entity will be referred from ROLE PERMISSION ASSIGNMENT BOD.
In case of Permission-type rules and if the hierarchy is User - Permission, the Accounting Entity will be referred from USER PERMISSION ASSIGNMENT BOD.
