Working on Scheduled Reports tab

The Scheduled Reports tab enables you to perform the following actions:
  • Searching for a scheduled report
  • Schedule a new report
  • Sharing scheduled report with other users
    1. Select the report schedule to be shared.
    2. Click the Share icon.
    3. In the Users field of the pop-up window displayed, select the name of the user with whom the report schedule is to be shared. Alternatively, browse and select the required user.
    4. Click Save and Close. The report schedule is indicated by an icon. When the report is generated, a copy of the report will be sent to the Reports Inbox of the user with whom the report is shared , indicating that the report is shared.
  • Unsubscribe users from reports

    To unsubscribe users from sharing scheduled reports:

    1. From the list of scheduled reports, select the check box next to the shared report you want to unsubscribe.
    2. Click the Share icon.
    3. The list of Infor Risk & Compliance users who share the report are displayed.
    4. Select the user to be unsubscribed.
    5. Click the Remove icon and click Save and Close.
  • Duplicating scheduled reports
    Creating a duplicate report is useful if you want to schedule the same report but with different scheduling options. To duplicate a report:
    1. Select the report to be duplicated.
    2. Click the Duplicate icon. A copy of the report is created on the same page.
  • Deleting scheduled reports
    To delete scheduled reports:
    1. Select the report to be deleted.
    2. Click the Delete icon.

    If a report subscription is deleted, the email notification for that report subscription is automatically cancelled.

  • Modifying an existing scheduled report
    To modify a scheduled report:
    1. Click the desired report link. The saved parameters for the scheduled report are displayed.
    2. Edit the report name and the description for the report if required.
    3. Change the keywords associated with the report.
    4. Edit the report filters as required. For information, refer to the section Report Filters.
    5. Click Run on Demand to generate the report or Save and Close to schedule the report. The scheduled report now appears on the Scheduled Reports tab, on the Report Subscription panel of the Schedules page and on the Tasks page. When the report schedule is executed and the report is generated, the report appears in your Inbox only if the option Store in my Infor Risk & Compliance Inbox is selected.

    Note: Click Enable Notification to notify users via email whenever this report is generated.
