Generating a report

To generate a report:

  1. Use the search filters to locate the report you want.
  2. Click the report name link. The page to generate the selected report is displayed.
  3. Provide filters to scope down the report.
  4. Click the Run on Demand icon to generate the report or click Save and Close to save the report schedule.
Note: For User Violation Details reports, Role Violation Details reports and certain other reports that generate large number of violations (200,000 and above), use the Scheduled Reports tab only to schedule the reports. Select the check box Store in my Infor Risk & Compliance Inbox to view these reports offline in the  Infor Risk & Compliance Inbox. Increase the size of the TempDB to about 30GB for large violation details reports.
Note: When a report is generated in a Preview mode, the report opens in a new window. The title of the new window is always displayed in English, irrespective of the browser language, as the MSSSRS rendering displays the report files names as the title of the window

Depending on the filters selected, these reports provide key information such as the violations or exceptions flagged during a selected analysis, user activities in the ERP system, or details of ERP users and the roles/responsibilities assigned to them.

The application server time when the report is generated is displayed below the report name. The time zone of the application server is also displayed next to the time. The time displayed in the report grids is also the application server time.
