Introduction

This request type enables you to re-provision an Oracle user and to assign responsibilities to this user. The user Re-Provisioning type of request can be created for users whose validity period has expired. Or else the request may fail while updating the ERP and an error message is displayed.

Create an Oracle - User Re-Provisioning Request

To create a User Re-Provisioning type of request:

  1. Provide details as described below.

  2. Click Send. The request appears on the Requests home page. Click the request link to drill down to view the request details and take further action.

Use this panel to provide general information about the request such as the request name and other details, and the connection for which the request is created.

Assign Responsibilities as another User

Additional User Attributes

New Responsibilities to be Assigned to the User

This panel enables you to assign new responsibilities to the selected user.

If you selected an existing user in the Assign Responsibilities as Another User field, the responsibilities belonging to that user will be listed here.

Add New Responsibilities

Responsibilities Already Assigned to the User

These are the responsibilities already assigned to the selected user. If a mapped connection is selected for this analysis, this panel will also list the responsibilities that are assigned to this user from the other connections.

Revoke existing responsibilities

More Details

This panel enables you to provide additional information about the request.
