Bulk editing field values on the Style Colorway Board

Use the Bulk Field Edit function to update grouping field values for multiple style colorway cards at one time. You can edit fields for up to 50 cards without opening individual records.

Before you can bulk edit field values, you must have Update permission for the Style Colorway Board.

From the Style Colorway Board, select a season to filter.
Select a value from the Group By and Group By Values lists.

Select the cards to edit:
- To select a single card, click the card.
- To add or remove a card from the selection, press Ctrl and click the card.
- To select a range of cards within a group, click the first card, then press Shift and click the last card.
- To select the first 50 cards in a group, right-click a card, then select Select First 50 in Group.
Note: You can select a maximum of 50 cards for each bulk edit operation.
Click Edit Fields.
For multi-select fields such as Channels, Deliveries, Market Field 1, UDF 12, and UDF 13, specify the action and value:
1. Select an action from the Action list:
  - Add New: Adds the specified values to the current values.
  - Replace All: Replaces all current values with the specified values.
  - Find and remove these: Removes the specified values from the current values.
  - Remove All: Removes all current values.
2. Select a value from the Value list.
For single-select fields such as Brand, Collection, Category, Division, or Gender, select a value from the Value list.

Note: Hierarchy-dependent fields are displayed as read-only in the Bulk Field Edit modal. Additionally, Bulk Field Edit does not support Preferred / Main Supplier, Main Material, and Composition. You must update these fields in the Supplier pane or BOM tab.

Caution: A bulk field edit operation does not validate business rules at save time. Additionally, you cannot undo a bulk edit operation.
Click Save.
