Configuring column settings on the Style Colorway Board

Use column settings to control the sort order and visibility of columns on the Style Colorway Board when a Group By field is active.

Before you can configure column settings, you must have View permission on the Style List and an active Group By field applied to the board.

  1. On the Style Colorway Board toolbar, click Column Settings.
  2. In the Order By list, select a sort order:
    • Ascending: Sorts columns in ascending alphabetical order. The ascending order is selected by default.
    • Descending: Sorts columns in descending alphabetical order.
    • Manual Sequence: Enables manual reordering of columns by drag handle.
  3. To show or hide columns, select or clear the check box for each value in the list. Alternatively, click Select All to show all columns and click Deselect All to hide all columns.
    Note: Cleared items are displayed as not available. Hidden columns are also removed from the board. You must select at least one column.
  4. Optionally, to manually reorder columns, drag items by their drag handles to the required position.
  5. Optionally, to restore the default settings, click Reset to Default.
  6. Click Save.
