This table shows the filename formats and examples for generated reports, Excel files, and attachments:

For Style reports, the filename format is determined by your administrator's configuration.

Note: For multi-record Material or Trim list reports, the record number is omitted from the filename. For example, Material__List Reports_20240401_222046098.pdf.
