Updating and copying approved or rejected sample pages

You can update a sample page that is Approved or Rejected. You can update the sample pages in sequential order, starting with the latest Approved or Rejected sample page. To enable this option, set the Measurements: Sample Page permission to Edit Approved/Rejected Sample Page in Other Actions.

The revised measures in sample pages are displayed in red font. This visual cue helps users identify changes in sample pages.

The configured settings in the Zero/TBD field are propagated to sample pages. POM lines with a TBD value are displayed with a pink cell background. POM lines with the Value to Zero setting are displayed in black text.

The color update is applied globally in the application. The color update is visible in the user interface and system-defined reports. This function helps users identify revised measures consistently, regardless of where the revised measures are displayed.

For custom reports, you can implement the red font to highlight revised measures. To add this feature to custom reports, we recommend that you ask the system administrator for assistance.

  1. Select a sample page and click Edit Sample Page.
    Note: The sample page information is removed from the Master page and details are reverted after this action.
  2. To copy a sample page, click Copy Sample Page.
  3. Specify and select applicable updates.
  4. Update status to Approved or Rejected.
  5. Click Save (Alt + S).
  6. Upon saving, a confirmation prompt is displayed to notify you that the updated sample page is no longer editable once you proceed.
    When copying sample pages, the color headers and the generated extra sizes are not included in the copy.
