Assigning partners to a style

To assign partners to a style record, add previously identified partners to the style record. You can assign multiple partners to a style record and specify the preferred or main partner.

Partners whose status is Active are displayed in the list. You cannot assign partners whose status is Inactive to new style records. Additionally, partners that were assigned before you changed the status to Inactive are displayed, but the partners are read-only.

Note: You cannot delete a partner associated with a style record if the partner is linked to existing quality inspection records. A message is displayed when you delete a partner associated with existing quality inspection records.
  1. On the style details page, click the Partners icon.
  2. Click Add Partners.
    The Partners Library pane is displayed.
  3. Select partners and click Add.
    You can also click the Favorites icon to filter the list of partners.
  4. Optionally, select the Preferred/Main Partner check box to set a partner as the preferred partner for the style.
  5. Optionally, select the Share to Partner check box to share the record to the partner.
    You must share the record to a partner to make it viewable to the partner. If you create and send a request without sharing the record, the partner cannot access the record.
