Exporting query to an Excel file

You can export the result set from the flex query view to an Excel file. In the details view, you can export selected lines or the entire result set. In the list view, the export includes all records in the result set.

The Style Overview Quantity and Style Colorways Quantity fields in the flex query view results grid show values rounded to whole numbers. When you export these fields to Excel, the Excel file includes decimal values.

When you export all query results to Excel, the export runs as a background task. The export is limited to 100,000 lines. If the export does not exceed this limit, the Excel file is downloaded. If the export exceeds this limit, a toast message is displayed. You must use filters to reduce the results to 100,000 lines or fewer before you retry the export.
