Use configurable columns

You can use configurable columns to define how column values are derived.

You can specify multiple entities as data sources. You can also use functions to define how data is presented. These functions vary by entity.

This list shows the main functions available:

  • Counting styles or style colorways
  • Basic computation of column values, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

By default, several configurable columns are available. You can update them based on your requirements.

This table shows the default configuration for each available configurable column:

Column Configuration
Column 4 Configured to count the colorways of each style associated to a line plan line. This column shows a total count of colorways for all styles that are associated with the line plan line.
Column 5 Configured to count the colorways for each style associated with a line plan line and has a status of Approved. This column shows the total number of colorways across all styles that meet the criteria.
Column 6 Configured to count the colorways for each style associated to a line plan line and has a status of Rejected. This column shows a total count of colorways for all styles that meet the criteria.
Column 7 Configured to count all styles that are associated to a line plan line and tagged as carryovers.
Column 8 Configured to count all styles that are associated to a line plan line and with a status of In concept.
Column 9 Configured to count all styles that are associated to a line plan line.
Column 10 Configured to compute for the difference of Column 4 and Column 1 to show a comparison of the planned and actual values.
