Field input styles for PLM for Fashion modules

The tables in the subtopics identify the entry selection type for each field in the Style, Material, and Trim modules.

This list shows the types of fields available in the Style, Material, and Trim modules:

• Text input: You specify the value or name in the field. For a blank number field, the entire input mask is highlighted. When you specify a value, the value replaces the mask. Additionally, for number fields that contain a value, the cursor is placed where you clicked.

• Single-select drop-down list: You select one option from the drop-down list.
• Multi-select drop-down list: You select one option, multiple options, or all options from the drop-down list.
• Check box: You select or clear the check box.
• Automatic: The specified entry or the default setup is displayed automatically. For example, your local date, time, or account hierarchy is displayed.
• Disabled: The field is disabled or not applicable.
• Dependency: The input for the field or the availability of the field depends on the value of other fields or whether other fields are enabled.
