Organizing colorways on the Style Colorway Board

The Style Colorway Board enables you to group colorway cards into columns and nested groupings. You can group the cards using fields from the Style Colorways tab, such as collections, themes, deliveries, or channels.

  1. From the Style Colorway Board view, click Group By.
  2. Select a field from the list. If a colorway does not have a value set for the selected field, the corresponding value from Style Overview is displayed on the board.
  3. Click Apply.
Note: If the colorway is associated with more than one value for the selected grouping field, the colorway card is displayed in more than one column.
  4. Click Group By Values.
Note: The fields in the Group By Values list are from Style Overview, such as Brand, Collection, Category, Sub Category, Sub sub category, Country of origin, Division, Gender, and Theme. The Main Material, Preferred/Main Partner, and Composition fields, which are visible in Style Overview, are from the Style BOM and Supplier pane.
  5. Select one or more fields from the list. The fields are applied to the view in the order you selected them.
Note: When you select Composition, the colorway cards are grouped by the combined composition of the main materials instead of each component. For example, a style with 98% Polyester and 2% Spandex is displayed under a single group labeled 98% Polyester / 2% Spandex.

If the bill of material of a style contains multiple main materials with different compositions, one group is created for each unique composition. If two or more main materials share the same composition, one group is created for that composition.

  6. Click Apply.
