Mass tagging style records for archiving
- From the menu, select Basics > Style.
- Click the Archiving Tools icon.
- Select Mass Tag for Archiving.
- In the Mass Tag for Archiving window, click Tag for Archiving or Untag for Archiving.
- On the Details pane, click Add New Row.
- Specify a name for the filter in the Name field. Optionally, select the Active check box to activate the filter.
- On the Criteria section, click Add New Row, then specify this information:
- Search Field
- Select a style list field to search.
- Condition
- Select the applicable condition for the search field. The value of this field is updated based on the value of the Search Field list.
- Search Value
- Specify or select the search query. The value of this field is updated based on the value of the Search Field list.
- To match all the rules in the Criteria section, select All in the list.
- To match any of the rules in the Criteria section, select Any in the list.
- Click Save. Alternatively, click Save and Close to save the filter and close the Mass Tag for Archiving window.
- Click Execute.
Note: You can tag up to 50,000 style records for each run. Additionally, you can only prepare up to 100,000 records for archiving.
- Verify the Archive Flag field in the Style List grid for the tagged style records. You can also verify the Archive Flag check box on the Style Overview tab.
