Filtering colorways on the Style Colorway Board

Advanced filtering on the Style Colorway Board enables you to narrow down the displayed colorway cards. You can use fields from Style Overview, Style Colorways, or combine fields from both in a single filter.

  1. From the Style Colorway Board, click Advanced Filter.
  2. Click MANAGE FILTERS.
  3. On the Details section of the Advanced Filter window, click Add New Row.
  4. Select the new row.
  5. On the Details section, specify this information:
    Name
    Specify a name for the filter.
    Active
    Select this check box to set the filter as active. You can run multiple filters. When you have multiple active filters, the filters are applied in the order that you ran them.
  6. In the Match field, select whether all or any of the rules in the Criteria section are applied.
  7. On the Criteria section, click Add New Row.
  8. Specify this information:
    Info Cluster
    Select the info cluster for filtering. For example, select Style Overview to filter using fields from Style Overview. Available info clusters are Style Overview and Style Colorways.
    Search Field
    Select a field for the filter criteria. The fields available depend on the selected Info Cluster.
    Note: Style Colorways fields are only available as search fields on the Style Colorway Board.
    Condition
    Select a condition from the list.
    Search Value
    Select a value from the list. The values in this list depend on what you selected in Search Field.
  9. Click Save.
