Partner access to quality inspection

Partner users can create, view, update, and delete quality inspection records for styles shared with the partner user's company.

If a style is shared with a partner, the partner user can create a quality inspection record for that style. The partner user can also view a quality inspection record for that style created by an internal user.

If a quality inspection record does not have an assigned supplier, all suppliers involved with the style can access the record.

When a partner user creates a record, the Supplier field is filled in automatically based on the company of the partner user.

Administrators can configure field visibility and editability for partner users through Manage Views. Administrators can mark fields as visible or internal-only. Additionally, administrators can assign fields to partner-specific roles to control the information partner users can access.
