Data Lake migration factors

This list shows the factors to consider when you migrate PLM for Fashion data to Data Lake:

  • The migration affects performance. The task runs only from 12:00 AM to 4:00 AM local server time. Check with your system administrator to determine the region in which your server is located.

  • If the migration is not finished within the time frame, the action continues during the same time period on succeeding days until it is completed.

  • During the first step of the migration process, the supported IPLMF Style, Material, Trim, Generic Lookup, Dictionary, Cost Model, Cost Element, User, and Partner tables and their data are compiled in an outbox. The data is sent to the Data Lake in batches based on the configured time interval.
