Specifying pre-pack details

In pre-packs, a footer section is available for specifying values in the selected fields within the grid. This footer section remains hidden if the tab is set on the Pack type.

Note: In Style pre-packs, the Name, UoM, and Channel fields are automatically populated in the corresponding columns when line records are created, whether individually or using the Add from SKU feature. Any updates made to these fields after the line record is created are saved and retained.
  1. On the Details section, click Add New Row.
  2. Validate the information on the applicable fields.
    The grid is intentionally designed so that these fields are not editable:
    • Variant
    • Order Quantity
    • Total Units
    • Article No. SKU
    • UoM SKU
    • Code
      Note: You can configure the footer field of this column to be editable.

    • Name
    • Packaging
    • Notes
    • Channel
    • Create Date
    • Modify Date
    • Created By
    • Modified By
  3. Optionally, switch on Manual Input Disabled to specify values for the ERP Item No., Order EAN No., and UoM EAN fields.
  4. Specify this information:
    Sequence
    Specify the sequence number. The default value is 10.
    Note: For subsequent lines in the Details grid, the value of the highest sequence number is increased by 10 and used as the new sequence number.
    Color
    Select a color.
    Size
    Select a size.
    Qty/Pack
    Specify a quantity per pack.
    ERP Item No.
    If Manual Input Disabled is switched on, specify the ERP item number. Otherwise, this field shows the integrated value.
    Order EAN No.
    If Manual Input Disabled is switched on, specify the Order EAN number. Otherwise, this field shows the integrated value.
    UoM EAN
    If Manual Input Disabled is switched on, specify the EAN for the selected unit of measurement. Otherwise, this field shows the integrated value.
    Characteristics
    Select the characteristics applicable to the style pack record.
  5. In the footer section, specify this information:
    Order Quantity
    Specify an order quantity.
    ERP Item No.
    If Manual Input Disabled is switched on, specify the ERP item number. Otherwise, this field shows the integrated value.
    UoM EAN
    If Manual Input Disabled is switched on, specify the EAN for the selected unit of measurement. Otherwise, this field shows the integrated value.
    UoM
    Select a unit of measurement.
    Name
    Specify a name.
    Packaging
    Specify the packaging.
    Notes
    Specify a note for the style pre-pack record.
    Channel
    Select the channels applicable to the style pre-pack record.
  6. Optionally, select the check box in the pre-pack footer details to select whether to include or exclude the footer when exporting to Excel.
  7. Optionally, to set grid row height adjustments, click More and select Short, Medium, or Normal.
  8. Optionally, to configure the columns displayed in the Details grid, click More and select Set Columns. You can save the configured column arrangement and column visibility settings using the Save View function.
