Creating a style carryover

The Number and Name fields in Style Carryover reflect the maximum field length in Style Details View, which is defined in Manage Views. This feature is also applied in Adobe Illustrator Extension Plug-in.

  1. Select Basics > Styles.
  2. Right-click on a style and select Create Carryover.
  3. On the Information to Copy section, specify this information:
    Copy data from
    Select the source style to copy data from. The default value is the currently selected style.
    Number
    If you select Create a new Style with a new Style number, specify a style number for the carried over style.
    Season
    Select the season to which this carried over style belongs.
  4. Select Create a new Style with the same Style number to use the same style number for the carried over style. Alternatively, select Create a new Style with a new Style number to create a new style number for the carried over style.
  5. On the Select Colorways section, select the colors that apply for the carried over style.
    Note: If enabled in the settings, inactive colors are not copied.

  6. Click Execute.
    The newly created carryover appears in a new tab.
    Note: If the integration setting Do not integrate carryover style (with the same style number) is enabled and the style that being carried over is already integrated, then the ERP Code and the Interface Item Number are copied. If the carryover style has integrated SKUs, then the ERP Code and the Interface Item Number are copied for the SKUs.
