Creating critical paths

  1. From the menu, select Tracking > Critical Path.
  2. Click New.
  3. Specify this information:
    Name
    Specify a name for the critcal path.
    Description
    Optionally, provide a description about the critical path.
    Status
    Select a status from the list.
    Workflow
    Optional. If this field is blank, specify the name of the workflow as defined in ION Desk.
    Type
    Select the type of critical path. The default value for new and existing critical paths is For Development. To use the critical path in a Request for Purchase Order, select For Purchase Order.
  4. On the Selected Milestones section, click the Add Milestones icon.
    The Milestone Library is displayed on the right pane.
  5. Select milestones and click Add.
  6. Click Save.
