Quality Inspection

With Quality Inspection we can register the inspections on bulk production. The Quality Inspection module supports multiple types of inspections.

Depending on your role, this list shows the available type of inspections:
  • Questionnaire
  • Product defects
  • Measurement defects

Each section can have its own inspection result and overall result.

You can perform these functions in Product Questionnaire:

  • Add generic questions or copy from another inspection

  • Approve, reject, or put on hold each question

  • Add images, attachments, and notes

  • Approve, reject, or put on hold the whole questionnaire based on the final result of answers to the questions

You can perform these functions in Product Defects and Measurement Defects:
  • Add defect that you can categorize for further analysis
  • Add images per defect
  • Add notes per defect
  • Add attachments
  • Qualify the defect into critical, major, and minor if double, or critical and minor if single
  • Define the accepted level of defects and compare the total number of defects in critical, major, and minor to determine a final result of approved, rejected, or on hold
